How's your career and business? I am praying to all of you to get a wonderful career and business. Two days ago my business got a new project. I have a business consultant that focused on small medium enterprise company, we analyze and creating marketing, financial, and corporate strategy. We have a vision to become a well-known business consultant in Jakarta and Singapore by the year of 2017. I will tell you about my business in another time.

We are working together to be a great business consultant firm. Me and two of my friends have our own expertise, one in finance industry, I am in marketing industry, and one in strategic industry. We believed that you don't need to be an expert in many field, but you need to be expert in a few field and become the master in that field. This kind of philosophy also can be a great insight to you. What's your favorite subject regarding in your career and business? Dig it deeper and become the master, to fill up your weakness you need to find a partner whose a master in your weakness.

Let's take an example, let say your marketing skill's point is 8 and your financial skill's point is 6, what will you do to comprehend it?

I say, why don't you increase your marketing skill so you will get 9.5 points rather you increasing your financial skill to get 8 point. A lot of people have the same mark as you in financial (8) you will become an average person, but in marketing (9.5) just a few people and you will become the expert and many people will pay for your expertise.

Look inside your selves, what's your passion, what's your greatest skill, what's your biggest concern in your life, what's make you wanted to learn much deeper in the last 3 months. Learn it deeper, gather knowledge based on your greatest skill, become a master in that field.

Choose to increase your strength than overcome your weakness, make benefit from your strength, make people pay you more for your expertise let others help you to overcome your weakness, you don't need to become an expert in every field, that's make you not focus in your skill and it will eat you alive.
