Move Along with Your Live

How's your weekend? I hope it was great.. If not then smile and look for the brighter future, there's something hidden behind every problems. I have a great weekend, spending my time with my little family hanging around and celebrate my grand mother's 80th birthday. She not asked for a long life but she asked for a healthy life. Make sense, if you have a long age but most of the year was sick then it sucks, healthy is priceless, wow found one thing again to fill up my "Money can't buy things".

Yesterday I met with a women age likely almost 50, her name is Marcellia. I want to tell you a story in her life. She used to be a rich women with a lot of business, she make many creative ideas in her business. She created a new market and had a partnership with the government. Sadly, she was using every single things to get what she want, so she started to bribe the governments staff to get the project. Year after year she survived in this business using that kind of way. Suddenly in the year of 1998, Indonesia hit by a great depression, monetary crisis, and high inflation occurred in Indonesia. Goods price getting higher and citizen become restless with the government, so there's riot everywhere and made the government down.

This monetary crisis made a new era of governance in Indonesia, it's reformation era. In this era, Marcellia couldn't bribe the government's staff anymore, her business collapsed and she went bankrupt. She lost her houses, cars, offices, buildings, and her life. She felt devastated and becoming poor. In here, She know that what she did in the past is a bad things to do in business. She accept the punishment and move along with her life.

Now, she is making a refugee houses for the needed and homeless person who live under the bridge or in the street. She helped many homeless people, adult, teenager, or still a baby, having a proper life. She also sent the orphan kid who live in the street to a proper orphanage. She helped many people happy. Does she rich? Marcellia also work as a "Ojek Driver", it's kind of transportation that quite famous in Indonesia. The income from this job? very little, She is using her neighbor's motorcycle to do this job. You don't need to be rich to help a lot of people.

I asked her, do you happy today with her life like this? She seems okay with this kind of life. Even though she only making money as an Ojek Driver, she can make her four children going to college, one in Japan, one in Australia, and two still in Indonesia. How? all of her children got a scholarship. Someone help her to move along with her life, and that's God.

I am very proud of Marcellia, she was rich but now she is poor, but she move along with her life not grieving with the condition. She know that she did a terrible things in the past but she look in to the future and want to change her life. Now She's happy with her life and live her best life.

How about you? sometimes we get a hard rocking problem ahead of us, don't worry, that's the essence of surviving in the world. The way we see and act with the problem will determined our selves in the future.You can cry and feel sad with the problem, it's a common, we are not a robot who can't feel emotion. But don't make the emotion overcome your future.
