Do You Know what You want?

Hey,

Today I was having a conversation with my friend and He made a statement that kinda make me shock. He actually doesn't know what He want in His life. He worked everyday without know what His future will be, he only go with the flow. For some people maybe a lot of people this kind of thought is the best thing they can think about, they only life for today without having dream. For some people or many people it was sad because you must have your dream whether you need to spend many years to get it. It doesn't matter how long you will achieve your dream, at least you are trying to achieve it.

I give you an example about this at work. Here's something you can try at work,

Notice three small, concrete things you don't like, or don't want to happen, at your workplace. for example,
  1. I don't want to overhear other people on the phone, because it's distracting.
  2. I can't handle it when I don't get concensus at marketing meetings.
  3. I don't like it when customers are impatient.
Now take your problem -the negative- and imagine it as a positive desire.
  1. I want a quiet place to work where I can concentrate.
  2. I want to learn more about what motivates my colleagues.
  3. I want to instill calm in other people.
Once you know what you want, be creative and flexible and try out possible solutions. If overhearing other people is distracting, get a headset and earplugs. If that doesn't work, pinpoint who distracts you most and negotiate some repositioning. If that doesn't work, tell your boss you'll be more productive in a quiet environment and see what your boss can do. Get all the feedback you can, and on the basis of that, change what you do until you get what you want.

You can do the same thing in your life also, Notice three small thing that you don't want to happen in your life, for example:
  1. I don't want to get poor and become a burden to my family.
  2. I don't want to be a useless person in society.
  3. I don't want to get stuck in achieving my dream.
Let's see the positive desire,
  1. I want to be rich so I can help my family's burden and help societies' burden.
  2. I want to be a person in need, so I can help a lot of people achieving their happiness.
  3. I want to be a better person in order to achieve my dream.
Now it's time to be creative and flexible with a lot of possible solutions. What do you need to be rich? You need to learn communication, you need to increase your networking, you need to help other so other will help you, you need to work hard, work smart, work with pleasure, you need to learn many things that can make you achieve your dream, you can make your own list.

Now it's your time to make Three things you don't want to happen in your life then you can overcome it with The positive desire that can make me get what I want. Tell me what you make and maybe I can help you and you also can help me.

You may not know what you want but you must know what you DON'T want in your life.

See the picture in the top, cookie monster know what He want LOL.

Have a Wonderful Day

I Will Do One Thing Today

Hey,

In past couple of days I thought that I want to make a new difference with my life, in my country nowadays there's a rumor that gas price will raise in the first day of April 2012. There's so many people protest about the raising gas price, they afraid that their life will be miserable if the gas price raised. I have my own opinion about this news, I think we can make our life go with the mainstream and feeling miserable or we can make a new opportunity from this event.

The raise of gas price will increasing the price of goods, it's a common things that will happen. So we need to adjust our budget or increasing our income. I am choosing the second one. I need to be more creative and think about new passive income that increase my income to fulfill my need and wants instead of whining about how unfair the government is.

SO I make a new commitment to make a "I will do one thing today" to do list. I want to set aside the unimportant things that will decrease my income, career, business, happiness and doing something that will increase my income, career, business, and happiness. Some people spend 90% of their time organizing their time. Some tackle to-do lists peppered with insignificance that stretch a mile long.  And still, there are others who refuse to do anything at all.
As for me, I am committed to doing one thing a day, and that has made all the difference.

What one thing will you do today?

Get out a blank sheet of paper and a pen.  Write “I will do one thing today!” in big letters across the page.  Then list your one thing at the bottom.  It should look something like this:

Make your own “I Will Do One Thing Today” to-do list every morning and get it done before you get sidetracked with unimportant stuff.

Have a Great Day

Make Your Life Simple

Hey,

Life is actually pretty simple, but we insist to make it complicated. Think about it, You are the one who actually make your live complicated. Try to relax, breath in breath out then think about some complicated things that happened and can be solved with a simple answer.

I have some easy way to make your complicated live become simple so you can have a lot of time to enjoying your life and be happy without the wrinkles in your forehead  : )

You can learn from the past, and then get the heck out of there! Past is the past, you can learn about the past and then create something wonderful to the future. Don’t carry your mistakes around with you.  Instead, place them under your feet and use them as stepping stones.  Never regret.  If it’s good, it’s wonderful.  If it’s bad, it’s experience.  Success is not about where you are standing at any given point in time; it’s about how much you’ve learned and how far you’ve come to get there.

Focus on what’s truly important.  Identify what’s most important to you.  Eliminate as much as you possibly can of everything else.  No wasted time, no fluff, no regrets. Make your own priority, rate it from the most important to the less important whether it's your business, career, family, money, happiness, everything.

Focus on being productive, not being busy. Don’t just get things done; get the right things done.  Results are always more important than the time it takes to achieve them.  Stop and ask yourself if what you’re working on is worth the effort.  Is it bringing you in the same direction as your goals?  Don’t get caught up in odd jobs, even those that seem urgent, unless they are also important.

Give what you want to receive. You get the best out of others, and every situation, when you give the best of yourself.  Start practicing the golden rule.  If you want love, give love.  If you want friends, be friendly.  If you want money, provide value.  It works.  It really is this simple. The philosophy is if you giving so much then you will receive so much.

Forget what everyone else thinks and wants for you. One of the greatest freedoms is simply not caring what everyone else thinks of you.  Sometimes you need to step outside, get some air, and remind yourself of who you are and what you want to be.  The best thing you can do is follow your heart.  Take risks.  Don’t just accept the safe and easy choices because you’re afraid of what others will think, or afraid of what might happen.  If you do, nothing will ever happen.  Don’t let small minds convince you that your dreams are too big.  They aren’t.

Be efficient. Stop being inefficient simply because you’ve always done it that way.  If you keep doing what you’re doing, you’ll keep getting what you’re getting.  Many times we live with unplanned, complex systems in our lives simply because we haven’t given them much thought.  Instead, streamline your life by finding better ways of handling common tasks.  Focus on one system at a time (your cleaning system, your errands system, your paperwork system, your email system, etc.) and try to make it simplified, efficient, and logical.  Then, once you have it perfected, stick to it.

Do what you know in your heart is right. – Stop doing immoral things simply because you can.  Start being honest with yourself and everyone else.  Don’t cheat.  Be faithful.  Be kind.  Do the right thing!  It is a less complicated way to live.  Integrity is the essence of everything successful.  When you break the rules of integrity you invite serious complications into your life.

So make your live simple and efficient, it easy and applicable to everyone. Enjoy your life and be happy because life is too short to get it pass with sorrow.

Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication - Leonardo Da Vinci

Have an Efficient Day.

It's in Your Mind

Hey,
Do you know that mind is the strongest power in human life? In YOUR life. I read one quote from one of the wisest man in the world:
“The mind is everything, what you think you become” – Buddha

If you think you can do it then you can do it, you can find a way to achieve it, you will get creative to get it, and you will find a thousand ways to get it. But if you think you can’t do it then you will find it hard to get it, you will feel very pessimistic and hard to get past the way and you eventually will fail to achieve it.
You can think about success and rich, it’s your mind anyway not others, think about your future, big house, happy family, own company, a lot of business, great career, a lot of money, you can make your own foundation, help many people success, help many people happy, and a lot of things that spread positivity, remember If you’re not making someone else’s life better, you’re wasting your time.
Believe you can and you’re halfway there – Theodore Roosevelt

But remember if you think that this world is a cruel world then your mind will make it. If you think that you can’t be a success person then your mind will make you become a non-success person. If you think that your life is miserable then it is miserable. It’s all in your mind, your own mind, not others. Throw away all those negativity thinking. Don’t make someone opinion or someone point of view endure you to achieve your dream. It's your life anyway.

When you have a positive mind then the next step is you must have the courage to pursue them. All of our dream can come true if we have the courage to pursue them. Don’t be afraid to do something wrong, in fact, when you do something wrong you actually one step ahead from the one who always right as long as you learn from the failure. You can be creative and create new solution with the problems, a lot of new solution. Being right is in the past, if you want to go toward the future then being wrong is the answer of your problem. You can find new solution, new idea, and new way to create a better life with the failure also it more fun and exciting to look toward the future.

Don’t forget you must have Desire to achieve your dream, action without desire is like you're really hungry and you want to have set of meal then suddenly when you taste it it taste like sh*t, it tastes bad but some people actually enjoying it as long as their stomach full and some people don’t like it. It means some people actually like to do something without desire, such as worker who works everyday from 9 to 5 in an office but actually don’t like every single thing that they do in the office but they do it as long as they have income from salary. SUCK. Their life taste so bitter for them and they don’t do anything to change it
I always remember what Muhammad Ali said in one of His interview, “Champions aren’t made in gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them, a desire, a dream, and a vision”.

Put on your mind that your vision, desire, and dream are really big to achieve your dream, you can write it in a piece of paper then put it in your room, your desk, your bathroom, everywhere that you can see and read it just for reminder. You can also tell your dream to your partner, family, friends, tell them to remind you about your dream. Act now because there's someone out there waiting for your success.

Last you have is to believe

“Believe deep down in your heart that you destined to do great things” –Emir Zakiar

Worth Reading

Hey,

I got this worth reading story from my friend Tasha. She emailed me this afternoon and I am fully agree with this story. Read it!!

The Mayonnaise Jar
When things in your life seem, almost too much to handle,
When 24 Hours in a day is not enough,
Remember the mayonnaise jar and 2 cups of coffee.

A professor stood before his philosophy class

and had some items in front of him.
When the class began, wordlessly,
He picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar
And proceeded to fill it with golf balls.

He then asked the students, if the jar was full.
They agreed that it was.

The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured
them into the jar.   He shook the jar lightly.
The pebbles rolled into the open Areas between the golf balls.

He then asked the students again if the jar was full.  They agreed it was.

The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar.
Of course, the sand filled up everything else.
He asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with a unanimous 'yes.'

The professor then produced two cups of coffee from under the table and poured the entire contents into the jar, effectively
filling the empty space between the sand.  The students laughed.

'Now,' said the professor,   as the laughter subsided,
'I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life.
The golf balls are the important things - family,
children, health, Friends, and Favorite passions –
Things that if everything else was lost and only they remained, Your life would still be full.

The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, house, and car.

The sand is everything else --The small stuff.

'If you put the sand into the jar first,'  He continued,
there is no room for  the pebbles or the golf balls.
The same goes for life.

If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff,
You will never have room for the things that are important to you.

So...

Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness.
Play With your children.
Take time to get medical checkups.
Take your partner out to dinner.

There will always be time to clean the house and fix the disposal.

'Take care of the golf balls first --
The things that really matter.
Set your priorities. The rest is just sand.'

One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the coffee represented.

The professor smiled.
'I'm glad you asked'.

It just goes to show you that no matter how full your life may seem,
there's always room for a couple of cups of coffee with a friend.'

Please share this with other "Golf Balls"

I just did......

Have a Grateful Day

What's Your Vision?

Hey,

I wanted to ask you something, do You life in this world with "let it flow" attitude?  do You want to achieve "something" in your life? do you work so hard but you still don't know how to survive in the next year? do you live your life depending on someone else? let's make it simple, do You have a VISION in your life?

A vision' life is a picture of your life's desired future expressed in a way that resonates with all subjects and objects that can get you your future desire. It shown what you want to become. Your personal vision statement is the light shining in the darkness toward which you turn to find your way. Your personal vision statement show you the way of your desired life.

There's a lot of people who bust their ass working everyday without knowing what do they wanted to achieve in their future, they only working and working and working like a zombie without knowing their purpose in their life. Sad isn't it? do you one of them? If yes, CHANGE it bastard.

Write your personal vision statement as the first step in focusing your life - for your joy, your accomplishments, your contribution, your glory, for your legacy and the most important is for your happiness.

You have to Dream Big  for your vision, let your imagination take you to the point that you want. What will you do in the next 10 years? Do you have a house? how big is the house? do have your own business? what kind of business? how big is the business? or maybe you already in the high level manager position, what kind of company? where is it, in your country or oversees? do you have your little family? how many kids do you have? will you talk in front of important people? who will be interact with you? what their status? Think about it and make it happen.

Commit to your vision statement
  • Take action to make your vision statement come true: Use it as the basis of your life planning.
As the vision statement provides your destination, the 'where you want to get to', all of your goals and strategies will focus on making it happen. It's the natural basis for all of your life planning.
  • Keep your vision statement alive: Share it with potential partners, staff and employees if you have them, family, friends, wife, husband, someone who close to you.
If you just tell it to people once, your vision statement will fade and disappear. So besides talking about it, keep your vision statement alive by keeping it physically prominent. Print it out and post it on your desk, in your room, bathroom, staff room, wherever you, your colleagues and your family, friends, or staff will see it (and be reminded of it) daily.

Exploration to Prepare to Write the Personal Vision Statement

I have some way to help you think about your vision statement
  • What are the ten things you most enjoy doing? Be honest. These are the ten things without which your weeks, months, and years would feel incomplete.

  • What three things must you do every single day to feel fulfilled in your work?

  • What are your five-six most important value?

  • Your life has a number of important facets or dimensions, all of which deserve some attention in your personal vision statement. Write one important goal for each of them: physical, spiritual, work or career, family, social relationships, financial security, mental improvement and attention, and fun.

  • If you never had to work another day in your life, how would you spend your time instead of working?

  • When your life is ending, what will you regret not doing, seeing, or achieving?

  • What strengths have other people commented on about you and your accomplishments? What strengths do you see in yourself?

  • What weaknesses have other people commented on about you and what do you believe are your weaknesses?
Craft Your Personal Vision Statement

Once you have thoughtfully prepared answers to these questions and others that you identify, you are ready to craft a personal vision statement. Write in first person and make statements about the future you hope to achieve. Write the statements as if you are already making them happen in your life.

Motivational speaker and writer, Brian Tracy, states that you generally accomplishment your written goals, dreams, plans, and vision. Writing them down lends power and commitment to their accomplishment.
Keep in mind that your personal vision statement can also change over time, depending upon what is happening in your life. You will be amazed, however, at how many components remain consistent over time.

Believe Your Vision Statement

It isn't hard to write a vision statement. But it is sometimes difficult to write a vision statement that truly encapsulates your vision for your company. When you write your vision statement, make sure that you have chosen the vision that is most important to you. If you don't fully believe in your vision statement, you won't be able to fully commit to it and writing a vision statement that you can't or won't fully commit to is a waste of time.

Here's some of my vision statement:
Ten years from now, Emir Zakiar will have his own consultant company that focused on management consulting including marketing, finance, and operation that help many big company in Indonesia and Oversees.

Ten year from no, Emir Zakiar will be one of the best speaker that talk about communication and happiness in front of 1000 people in Indonesia and oversees.

Ten year from now, Emir Zakiar will have make a foundation to help a lot of needed people achieve their quality life and happiness.

You can have many vision statement as long as you wanted to commit and  willing to work hard to achieve it. Hey, it's your life and you live only once, why don't make it worth it for you, for your family, and for the society.

Come on, start your vision statement now and you will be thank when you achieved your life that you desire.

Have a Visionary Day

Things You have to Get Rid to be Happy

Hey,

Have you ever read my post about how to Smile to receive a Happiness life by using some step in a Simple Way to be Happy and Act to be Happy ? Read it if you haven't.

In this post I want to tell you the variables that make you unhappy, numerous people are unhappy with their life and I think it's their loss, don't make it your loss too. Researchers found out that only 53.9% people in the world actually happy with their life. Do you one in the 53.9% or in the 46.1%? Honest!!

Unhappy people  choose something else over happiness, and you know what, it takes less effort to be unhappy.

These people always comparing oneself to another, when you catch yourself comparing yourself to a colleague, neighbor, friend, or someone famous, stop!  Realize that you are different, with different strengths – strengths these other people don’t possess.  Take a moment to reflect on all the awesome abilities you have and to be grateful for all the good things in your life.
The problem with many of us is that we think we’ll be happy when we reach a certain level in life — a level we see others operating at – your boss with her corner office, that friend of a friend who owns a mansion on the beach, etc.  Unfortunately, it takes awhile before you get there, and when you get there, you might have a new destination in mind.
Instead, appreciate where you are and what you have right now.  Try comparing yourself to those who have less, those who are dealing with tragedy, and those who are struggling to survive. Hopefully it opens your eyes to all the things you should be grateful for.  PS:  Help people who have less if you’re able… you’ll see why.

Unhappy people also have a low self esteem  Don’t belittle yourself and don’t put up with people who try to belittle you. How you view yourself and your world are conscious choices and habits.  The lens you choose to view everything through determines how you feel about yourself and everything that happens around you. You came to this world to become something and to help others, don't feel so small in this world.

This unhappy people also always work and no play, what the hell are you doing? You burn your ass to work and you never enjoying your money? Fun is a requirement in life, go to fun world, play video games, go to lounge and hang out with friend, play with your kids, getting crazy with your friends (as long it's not illegal) do something fun and crazy. Life only once, make it precious.

Don't forget also that too obsess with your past or future also a bad sign of life, it can make you unhappy.
Right now is life.  If you dwell on things that happened in the past, or obsess yourself too much with the things that might happen in the future, you’ll miss everything.
Focus on the present, not yesterday or tomorrow.  As Helen Keller once said, “When one door of happiness closes, another opens, but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one that has been opened for us.”
Oftentimes we fixate our minds on the way things can be, should be, or will be someday.  But life always takes place in the present.  You never know what the future holds – whether or not you and your loved ones will still have good health or even be alive.  The opportunity to enjoy life is now.  Make time to do so.

Unhappy people also think that days only a routine for them. They wake up in the morning, go to work, take a lunch break, go to work again, work until night, go home, sleep, and wake up again in the next morning to do the same routine day like a hamster in a wheel.
Everyday is a miracle, you can do a lot of things in a day, help people, talk to new people, giving charity, think of new idea, make new friend, play and have fun, make a new business, A lot of things that make you happy.
Make your life an adventure, create an imagination about life. Don't be so strict with your life, flexible with it and enjoy your life. Sure you have responsibilities.  And no, you won’t be able to do what you want to do every waking minute of your life.  But you almost always have a choice to do more of what you really want to do – to work on something that matters to you – something that moves you and gives your life meaning.

Many of the unhappy people have little friends or even no friends, they are neglecting their social life. The quality of our personal relationships correlates directly with our overall sense of worth and happiness. Sometimes in the midst of life’s chaos we forget to do the little things that remind us we’re part of something greater than ourselves.  We need a certain amount of meaningful contact with other people to feel fully alive.
Make time for people, even if it’s just a quick meal at lunchtime.  It’s worth sacrificing a few minutes here and there to experience life outside your own inner bubble.
And remember, you don’t need a certain number of friends, just a number of friends you can be certain of

Don't be an unhappy person, be a happy person. Your life is wonderful and live is beautiful. Change your way to see negativity into positivity. You will be amazed by this beautiful life.

Have a Happy Day.

Networking

Hey,

I want you to think a bit, do you have a great networking that useful for your life, career, business, or happiness?

Do you? if  you have then you are one of the future success person in this world. If not, then you can try some of my way to make a networking. One of the most important thing to be success is having a great networking, it can be friends, colleague, business partner, competitor, etc.

First, You can scroll down your phone book in your hand phone, search for a name that you never call for a long time then call or text Him/Her. It called hospitality. Ask for His or Her life, what's been going on, where do they work, ask something that make you and them "click". It will make them remember you and maybe you can get a new business opportunity with them, no one hurt if you try it, right?

Second, You also can look in your farewell book when you're in elementary school, junior school, high school, or university. See the person that close to you in the past but now it already far apart. Call Him or Her and make a little conversation about the past life, you can make a fresh networking in there.

Third, Ask your friend to introduce you to their friend, make many friends, and remember friends is not someone in your same age, they can be older or younger than you.

Fourth, attend seminar or gathering, such as; business gathering, networking days, Job seminar, or like Mercedes Benz Gathering, Toyota Gathering, your house complex gathering, family gathering, and other event that make you meet someone new. It will make them your new network, if you don't get it than you just make a new friend.

You can get your networking really simple but the hard part is to maintain it. You need to make a list the person that will get you through your dream. It can be your lover, your best friend, your colleague, your business partner etc. Keep in touch with them, not in a creepy way like stalker but in a nice way like friendship. Be friends with  a lot of people but maintain few people that you can trust.

Communication and Networking is two most important thing in every successful person. If a lot of successful person can get it then you also can get it.

Networking is not hard, it just takes some tact, reading people, and a willingness to listen.

Have a Splendid Day

Act to be Happy

Hey,

Do you want to be happy?

Sometimes when we are trying new act, habit, or gesture that make someone smile then we can feel happy. I wrote some way to make you happy in Simple way to be happy. Now I want you to try some of this little act:

  1. Smile often.
  2. Hold a door open for someone.
  3. Share your lunch or a snack with someone who doesn’t have one.
  4. Introduce yourself.  Make new colleagues, classmates, etc. feel welcome.
  5. Buy house warming gifts for new neighbors.
  6. Donate blood.
  7. Share your umbrella on a rainy day.
  8. When you make eye contact with someone, smile.
  9. Greed, anger and ignorance.  Avoid all three.
  10. Come to the rescue.  If you realize someone is sick, bring them some hot tea, etc.
  11. Make yourself available and approachable.
  12. Donate food to a charity.
  13. Give words of encouragement toward someone’s dream, no matter how big or small it is.
  14. Ask someone for their opinion or advice.
  15. Clean out all your old clothes and donate them to someone in need.
  16. Give without expecting to get back.
  17. Say “Please” and “Thank you.”
  18. Forgive and let go of anger.  For instance, if somebody accidentally cuts you off in traffic, just let it go.
  19. Believe in yourself with all of your heart.  People will notice.
  20. Be positive and focus on what’s right.
I've trying all of that list except donating blood, it because I have a low blood pressure and they didn't allow me to donate my blood. Someday I will donate my blood to the needed one. And believe me, I felt so happy after I see the one that I help smile, plus I felt happy because I know I was making them smile and happy.

And above all, live proudly.  Inspire people with who you are and how you live your life.

I've tried it now it's your turn to try it and feel the magic of making people smile.

"The purpose of our lives is to be happy." - Dalai Lama

"The most important thing is to enjoy your life - to be happy - it's all that matters." - Audrey Hepburn

Hey, Smile Gorgeous

Hey,

When is the last time you feel so  Happy and Grateful in you life? Do you have regrets about your past? do you feel that the world is not fair and it made you feel so sad and horrible?

Happiness is a choice.  For every minute you are angry or irritated, you lose 60 seconds of happiness.  Be happy.  Be yourself.  If others don’t like it, then let them be.  Life isn’t about pleasing everybody.

If you have the courage to admit when you’re scared, the ability to laugh even as you cry, the nerve to speak up, even if your voice is shaking, the confidence to ask for help when you need it, and the wisdom to take it when it’s offered, then you have everything you need to get yourself to a happier state of mind.

Two days ago I was driving my car to the office and I saw a beggar with her two son laughing so hard in her small cart. She was playing with her sons with just her hand without any toys. She was hiding her hand and suddenly she make it appeared and you know what, her son laughing so hard just because that small things. The scene made me thinking that if you want to be happy is so simple, use all that you have and grateful with it. I felt so small and feeling that I wasn't enough showing gratitude with my life, sometimes I am thinking that I can be happy if I had .............. or if I had ............ it can be a lot of money, nice car, big house, or great job, and you know that those feeling is the biggest thing that make me unhappy with my life. I always compare it and it SUCKS.

I don't say that you can not have a big dream, everybody wants a big house, a lot of money to buy many stuff that they want, great job, and a lot of property. You have to achieve your dream, but if you want to be happy then you must feel grateful with you have now while you are pursuing your dream.

Why don't you think about the small things that you have except money, Family? health? friends? job? anything. Don't be stressed, there's a lot of people wanted to be in your place now. A lot of people don't have a family, a lot of people in Africa don't have food to eat, a lot of people don't have friends, there's a lot of people who don't know if they can eat today, many people don't have job, many rich people that lying in hospital bed want to trade their money for healthiness, and many people don't have friends, Think about it!!

Remember, your mind is your private sanctuary; do not allow the negative beliefs of others to occupy it.  Your skin is your barrier; do not allow others to get under it.  Take control of your boundaries and what you allow yourself to absorb from others.

Never let someone’s opinion become your reality.  Never sacrifice who you are because someone else has a problem with it.  Love who you are inside and out.  No one else has the power to make you feel small unless you give them that power.  You are the only one who can create your happiness.

Successful Self Employee

Hey,

Do you remember my entry about Self Employee ? In this entry I wanted to tell you the secret of self-employee, I got it from a lot of research that consist of a lot of successful self-employee in the world and I wrapped it into four subject.

First,
We must remember that we actually only have two things that We can sell, first is knowledge and second is time. Here's some example:
  • Fisherman - Sell hour of his time to catch many fish in the sea in exchange for money. An example of trading hour for money.
  • Seminar speaker - Sell hour of his/her knowledge to give information to the audience. An example of trading knowledge for money.
  • Architect - Sell hour of his/her life to create a nice design of a building based on his/her knowledge. An example of trading knowledge and time for money.
You can think about many other kind of self employee job that actually only trading time and knowledge for money. The small business owner taking information out of his/her brain and spending necessary time to convert it into a product of value. Customers pay you for your time and knowledge.  Success is achieved by properly crafting the two into one convenient bundle that can be sold many times over (think of products vs. services). What knowledge do you have in your brain that provides value to others?  How can you extract this information and sell it?

Second,
Knowledge alone is not enough to make self employee success, knowledge is simply a commodity; it’s a product like any other that has the potential to be sold.  How knowledge is organized, packaged, presented, shared, and received by others is what makes knowledge so powerful.

Knowledge is useless unless it’s effectively shared with others.Your ability to educate others in a way that allows them to effectively apply the instruction is what makes knowledge an asset...  Something worth buying. If you can help others become rich, success, increase their strength, decrease their weakness then you become a successful person.

Third,
Time is more valuable than money. Why? because it can't be replenished, once you lost it then you lost it. Do you know this phrase?
  • Time is Money
  • Fast people will get the fruit but slow people will get the story.
  • Patience people will get the leftover from person who react fast when they see the opportunity.
  • Success is when opportunity meet the preparation in the right time.
Your time must be extracted from the formula of making money.  No matter how skilled you are at transferring your knowledge to others, if you are paid on an hours for dollars basis, your ability to expand your business will eventually plateau.  You will run out of time.

The successfully self-employed have made this realization and concentrate the majority of their time and effort on the single greatest secret of self-employment: generating passive income.  Passive income is achieved by applying what you know into a package that can be designed and built once, and then repeatedly sold over and over again.  Finding a unique way to promote and sell this knowledge is the key.

Fourth,
Success is about knowing what you want, Self-employed success is not the byproduct of working your way up from the ground up.  It’s based on knowing what you want, understanding your abilities and implementing them diligently to achieve your goals.  There are plenty of people who get laid-off from their 9 to 5 day job and end up making millions in a few short years of self-employment.

The people in many success stories know their capabilities, what they’re doing, and what they want.  Once people make this realization, and the conscious choice to act on it, the possibilities for success are limitless.

Road to success is not easy, full of obstacles and there will be a lot of people who are trying to take you down. You will face many problems that make you go crazy and want to quit. But, ask your self  "Do I want to be a success person?"

The journey to be success is the most thrilling part of the adventure, in the end you will find the treasure and you will grateful with your life.

Have an Enjoyable Life

Together

Hey,

Last week I had a conversation with my friend, We talked about many things and suddenly He said "It's impossible to make a difference unless you're a huge corporation or someone with lots of money, power, and influence". It made me think about it. Do we need to be powerful or rich or famous to actually make a difference in the world? What do you think? let me know in comment section.

I realized that many great people in the world actually not born in a powerful family, rich family, or even influential family. Let take a sample of Gandhi. He's not rich and not an influential person when he's born, He's the person who triggered revolution in India against England' aggression and when he did it He didn't use money or power to achieve that.
Take another example; Nelson Mandela, not a rich person, didn't have power when He began the protest against apartheid but successfully ban the apartheid policy.
Marin Luther King Jr; One of the greatest person who wanted to make a change in this world. You know the story already don't you.

There's a lot of people in the world that actually making a difference not because they're rich, famous, or powerful, but because they want to make a difference. ‘I’ or ‘have’ or ‘a’ or ‘dream’ are just words.  Not very compelling or inspiring.  But when you put them together in a certain order "I have a dream", they create a phrase that has been powerful enough to move millions of people to take action – action that changed laws, perceptions, and lives.  You don’t need to be inspired or emotional to agree with this, do you?”

The same way that Gandhi, Mandela, and Luther did in common is they working together to achieve a better world. We can make a difference by working together to achieve the world that we want,  one person without help from anyone else can’t do much to make a sizable difference in this crazy world - or to overcome all of the various forms of repression that exist today.  But when people get together and unite to form something more powerful and meaningful then themselves, the possibilities are endless.

Together is how mountains are moved.  Together people can make a huge building. Together is how small people make a big difference, together We can make a change.

Have a Great Day

Decision Decision Decision

Hey,

I found a good story, it's about to think wisely before you make your decision. Read it!!

Once upon a time, there was a girl who could do anything in the world she wanted.  All she had to do was choose something and focus.  So one day she sat down in front of a blank canvas and began to paint.  Every stroke was more perfect than the next, slowly and gracefully converging to build a flawless masterpiece.  And when she eventually finished painting, she stared proudly at her work and smiled.
It was obvious to the clouds and the stars, who were always watching over her, that she had a gift.  She was an artist.  And she knew it too.  She felt it in every fiber of her being.  But a few moments after she finished painting, she got anxious and quickly stood up.  Because she realized that while she had the ability to do anything in the world she wanted to do, she was simply spending her time moving paint around on a piece of canvas.

She felt like there was so much more in the world to see and do – so many options.  And if she ultimately decided to do something else with her life, then all the time she spent painting would be a waste.  So she glanced at her masterpiece one last time, and walked out the door into the moonlight.  And as she walked, she thought, and then she walked some more.

While she was walking, she didn’t notice the clouds and the stars in the sky who were trying to signal her, because she was preoccupied with an important decision she had to make.  She had to choose one thing to do out of all the possibilities in the world.  Should she practice medicine?  Or design buildings?  Or teach children?  She was utterly stumped.

Twenty-five years later, the girl began to cry.  Because she realized she had been walking for so long, and that over the years she had become so enamored by everything that she could do – the endless array of possibilities – that she hadn’t done anything meaningful at all.  And she learned, at last, that life isn’t about possibility – anything is possible.  Life is about making a decision – deciding to do something that moves you.
So the girl, who was no longer a girl, purchased some canvas and paint from a local craft store, drove to a nearby park, and began to paint.  One stroke gracefully led into the next just as it had so many moons ago.  And as she smiled, she continued painting through the day and into the night.  Because she had finally made a decision.  And there was still some time left to revel in the magic that life is all about.

Do you get the point of the story?

You have to know what your strength, develop it and make it stronger. Set aside your weakness and find someone else to cover your weakness. Be focus with your strength and create something amazing with it.

Let say you have an 8 for your marketing skill and only have 5 in your finance skill (10 is the best score), if you work hard in finance then you will get 7 or 8 in finance skill but it only an average mark in the reality, you only become an average person. Let say you work hard in marketing skill then your mark will become 9 or even 9.5 then you will become an expert in marketing field, you will become a great marketer in here.

You only live once, don't regret it by making wrong decision. do what you like. You may delay, but time will not, and lost time is never found again.

Have an Awesome Day
