Okay, what do you see your self in the future? what kind of job do you have? is it in a big, medium, or small company? or maybe you have your own company? hmmm interesting doesn't it to have your own company. We can say it self-employed.

In self-employed company you can express your idea, you can feel the thrill of competition, you get a lot of experience in the field that maybe you can't get it in the school or in work office. You can also have a flexible time because your hour work depends on your self. The best part about self-employed is generating passive income. Passive income is achieved by applying what you know into a package that can be designed and built once, and then repeatedly sold over and over again.  Finding a unique way to promote and sell this knowledge is the key. Many good things you can get in here, but not everyone can be success in here.

Self-employed success is not the byproduct of working your way up from the ground up.  It’s based on knowing what you want, understanding your abilities and implementing them diligently to achieve your goals.  There are plenty of people who get laid-off from their 9 to 5 day job and end up making millions in a few short years of self-employment.

I want to be frank in here. I am still working in somebody else company, but I have my reason. I want to learn a lot of thing in here, I want to get to know the real market is, I want to expand my connection in here. In the meantime I already started my own business, such as consulting and agriculture, little by little my business getting big. Remember how slow your progress, it's still much better than not do it. I will tell you the detail of my business later on.

So if you still working with someone else it's okay, just don't do it for a long time. Once you feel that you already have enough experience to do your own business BAM go out and be a great entrepreneur.

I always take a look at some of the success stories around me that emerged from nowhere.  These success stories were not initiated by people paying their dues to someone else’s initiatives.  These success stories revolve strictly around perception and choice.  The people in these stories know their capabilities, what they’re doing, and what they want.  Once people make this realization, and the conscious choice to act on it, the possibilities for success are limitless.

Failure is Good

Hey,

Have you ever feel like a looser? have you ever lost in a game? competition? had a fail subject in college? broke up with your love one? bankrupt in business? someone tricked you that make you lost your money even though you really trust this person?

I will tell you the detail in my next post, in here I am trying to tell you that being a looser or make a mistake is a good things that could be happen in our life.  I learn so many from the failure that happened in my life. I am glad that I can become a better man because of this shit that happened in my life.

No matter how many I fail at least I can find the positive in the failure. If I failed to get a job, I ask the employer what the reason they rejected me so I can introspecting my self. If I lost a project then I see what going wrong in here, maybe my way of approaching  really bad or maybe my product is suck. I can learn a lot of things from my failure than my success.

Don't be afraid to fail, it's a circle of life. I know that it's so hard to do to accept fail. I was in a state of depression when my friend that I trust so much tricked me and make me loss a big sum of money.  I need a couple of months to forget it, get going in life and be great. It's no used to reminisce the past, you live in present and you run to the future. We use the past to learn the life for present, and we do great things in present for our future. That's the way of life. Be great and be fabulous in life so when you old you can say to the past "I am great now bitch!!" 

I always remember this one when I failed:

Grateful

Hey,

I had a great holiday in the last two days, I went to Bandung. The great part was I can spend my holiday with my beloved wife and my lovely son. My son had his first swim in there. Really happy to see him swimming around and splashing water. It's a joy and he's a miracle for me and my wife.

In life, we seldom to compare happiness in term of wealth, I used to be that kind of person too. but after I saw my little family laughing and having fun, I felt that this is the real happiness and wealth will eventually come to you if you're happy.

I know that with money we can do whatever we want, but it never enough. If you don't be grateful with every little things that you have then you will life in fear searching for happiness that it's exactly already near you. Money, wealth, and health will come to you eventually if you're happy. SO BE HAPPY.

Comfort Zone

Hey,

I kinda bored with my daily work, it's too monotone. I always do the usual job and never have the chance to do something different.  Sometimes I feel that my zone of work is too comfort or I can say that i work in comfort zone, and believe me IT SUCKS!! Have you ever feel this way? let me know : )

Comfort zone sometimes can be a reason someone willing to stay in one company and afraid to move to another company. Sometimes comfort zone make a businessman afraid to make another business or try different kind of business. Comfort zone is evil you know. it make us an average person and hard to make a progrees to be a better us.

Comfort zone is like you live like a bird in a golden cage, your master always feed you and give you water, your master always clean your cage and you only need to chirping a good melody and make your master pleased. You never see the real beauty of the world, you never fly away to the sky and see a great scenery from above.

A lot of people will make a different tomorrow, bitch please, do it NOW!! I will do it now, I want to be like a free bird, fly away in the sky, see a great scenery, meet another creature, and feel a new adventure.

Listen

Hey,

Nowadays, a lot of people tend to say and express what they thinking without think first. They said what they feel and just give a little attention to what others said. It sad you know, God created two ear and one mouth so we should listen more than talk more.

I have a friend who always talk and never listen to what people said to him, he think that his idea is the best idea. Maybe you have that friend, colleague, mate, or business partner that did that also. What did you feel? sucks right? You feel that the man or women didn't pay attention to your idea or problem, you feel that the person only wanted to listen what he or she wanted to listen. Talk when you ready to talk not when you feel that you must to talk.

Let get real now, listen more than talking. Sometimes a great person is the one who can comprehend the meaning inside the words that someone else talk. The key to inter-personal skill is to listening to what other people said.
