LOVE

Hey,

In life, we need to balancing our work life and our love life. Don't you dare to spend your life only in work, it's sad you know.. It's a destiny for us human being to have love and to be loved.
Here are twelve simple reminders to help you keep them on course, I got it from Josh Liba.
  1. All successful relationships require some work. – They don’t just happen, or maintain themselves.  They exist and thrive when the parties involved take the risk of sharing what it is that’s going on in their minds and hearts.  Open communication and honesty is the key.  (Read The Road Less Traveled.)
  2. Most of the time you get what you put in. – If you want love, give love.  If you want friends, be friendly.  If you’d like to feel understood, try being more understanding.  It’s a simple practice that works.
  3. You shouldn’t have to fight for a spot in someone’s life. – Never force someone to make a space in their life for you, because if they know your worth, they will create one for you.
  4. There is a purpose for everyone you meet. – Some people will test you, some will use you, and some will teach you; but most importantly some will bring out the best in you.  Learn to see and accept the differences between these people, and carry on accordingly.
  5. We all change, and that’s okay. – Our needs change with time.  When someone says, “You’ve changed,” it’s not always a bad thing.  Sometimes it just means you stopped living your life their way.  Don’t apologize for it.  Instead, be open and sincere, explain how you feel, and keep doing what you know in your heart is right.
  6. You are in full control of your own happiness. – If your relationship with yourself isn’t working, don’t expect your other relationships to be any different.  Nobody else in this world can make you happy.  It’s something you have to do on your own.  And you have to create your own happiness first before you can share it with someone else.  If you feel that it’s your partner’s fault, think again, and look within yourself to find out what piece is missing.  Your partner can never ‘complete’ you because you are already whole.  The longing for completion that you feel inside comes from being out of touch with who you are.  (Read Stumbling on Happiness.)
  7. Forgiving others helps YOU. – Forgiveness is not saying, “What you did to me is okay.”  It is saying, “I’m not going to let what you did to me ruin my happiness forever.”  Forgiveness is the answer.  It doesn’t mean you’re erasing the past, or forgetting what happened. It means you’re letting go of the resentment and pain, and instead choosing to learn from the incident and move on with your life.
  8. You can’t change people; they can only change themselves. – Instead of trying to change others, give them your support and lead by example.  If there’s a specific behavior someone you love has that you’re hoping disappears over time, it probably won’t.  If you really need them to change something, be honest and put all the cards on the table so this person knows what you need them to do.
  9. Heated arguments are a waste of time. – The less time you spend arguing with the people who hurt you, the more time you’ll have to love the people who love you.  And if you happen to find yourself arguing with someone you love, don’t let your anger get the best of you.  Give yourself some time to calm down and then gently discuss the situation.  (Read The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.)
  10. You are better off without some people. – When you have to start compromising yourself and your morals for the people around you, it’s probably time to change the people around you. If someone continuously mistreats you or pushes you in the wrong direction, have enough respect for yourself to walk away from them. It may hurt for a little while, but it’ll be ok. You’ll be ok, and far better off in the long run.
  11. Small gestures of kindness go a long way. – Honor your important relationships in some way every chance you get.  Every day you have the opportunity to make your relationship sweeter and deeper by making small gesture to show your appreciation and affection.  Remember, making one person smile can change the world.  Maybe not the whole world, but their world.  Your kindness and gratitude matters.
  12. Even the best relationships don’t last forever. – People don’t live forever.  Appreciate what you have, who loves you and who cares for you.  You’ll never know how much they mean to you until the day they are no longer beside you.  And remember, just because something doesn’t last forever, doesn’t mean it wasn’t worth your while.

FACE it man!!

Hey,

Have you ever felt so depress? have an issue or problem that you think it's really bad that make you feel like a tuna in a can? Full of pressure and you only let it go and you feel that Time will changes everything?

Time won't changes anything!!! Remember it.

"That what people say, it's not true. Doing things changes things. Not doing things leaves thing exactly like they were" - Dr. House

Go face your problem, repair it, find the opportunity from it, learn from it, take granted from it. Life is like a roller coaster, up and down but you can open your eyes and feel the thrill or you can closed your eyes and missed the thrill.

HAPPY

Hey,

Nowadays, people rarely happy with their life, why?? We only life once so we must walk through the path in happiness. I found this one great article about How to be Happy.
It was conducted by positivity psychologist Sonja Lyubomirsky, she point to 12 things happy people do differently to increase their levels of happiness.
  1. Express gratitude. – When you appreciate what you have, what you have appreciates in value.  Kinda cool right?  So basically, being grateful for the goodness that is already evident in your life will bring you a deeper sense of happiness.  And that’s without having to go out and buy anything.  It makes sense.  We’re gonna have a hard time ever being happy if we aren’t thankful for what we already have.
  2.  Cultivate optimism. – Winners have the ability to manufacture their own optimism.  No matter what the situation, the successful diva is the chick who will always find a way to put an optimistic spin on it.  She knows failure only as an opportunity to grow and learn a new lesson from life.  People who think optimistically see the world as a place packed with endless opportunities, especially in trying times.
  3. Avoid over-thinking and social comparison. – Comparing yourself to someone else can be poisonous.  If we’re somehow ‘better’ than the person that we’re comparing ourselves to, it gives us an unhealthy sense of superiority.  Our ego inflates – KABOOM – our inner Kanye West comes out!  If we’re ‘worse’ than the person that we’re comparing ourselves to, we usually discredit the hard work that we’ve done and dismiss all the progress that we’ve made.  What I’ve found is that the majority of the time this type of social comparison doesn’t stem from a healthy place.  If you feel called to compare yourself to something, compare yourself to an earlier version of yourself.
  4. Practice acts of kindness. – Performing an act of kindness releases serotonin in your brain.  (Serotonin is a substance that has TREMENDOUS health benefits, including making us feel more blissful.)  Selflessly helping someone is a super powerful way to feel good inside.  What’s even cooler about this kindness kick is that not only will you feel better, but so will people watching the act of kindness.  How extraordinary is that?  Bystanders will be blessed with a release of serotonin just by watching what’s going on.  A side note is that the job of most anti-depressants is to release more serotonin.  Move over Pfizer, kindness is kicking ass and taking names.
  5. Nurture social relationships. – The happiest people on the planet are the ones who have deep, meaningful relationships.  Did you know studies show that people’s mortality rates are DOUBLED when they’re lonely?  WHOA!  There’s a warm fuzzy feeling that comes from having an active circle of good friends who you can share your experiences with.  We feel connected and a part of something more meaningful than our lonesome existence.
  6. Develop strategies for coping. – How you respond to the ‘craptastic’ moments is what shapes your character.  Sometimes crap happens – it’s inevitable.  Forrest Gump knows the deal.  It can be hard to come up with creative solutions in the moment when manure is making its way up toward the fan.  It helps to have healthy strategies for coping pre-rehearsed, on-call, and in your arsenal at your disposal.
  7. Learn to forgive. – Harboring feelings of hatred is horrible for your well-being.  You see, your mind doesn’t know the difference between past and present emotion.  When you ‘hate’ someone, and you’re continuously thinking about it, those negative emotions are eating away at your immune system.  You put yourself in a state of suckerism (technical term) and it stays with you throughout your day.
  8. Increase flow experiences. – Flow is a state in which it feels like time stands still.  It’s when you’re so focused on what you’re doing that you become one with the task.  Action and awareness are merged.  You’re not hungry, sleepy, or emotional.  You’re just completely engaged in the activity that you’re doing.  Nothing is distracting you or competing for your focus.
  9. Savor life’s joys. – Deep happiness cannot exist without slowing down to enjoy the joy.  It’s easy in a world of wild stimuli and omnipresent movement to forget to embrace life’s enjoyable experiences.  When we neglect to appreciate, we rob the moment of its magic.  It’s the simple things in life that can be the most rewarding if we remember to fully experience them.
  10. Commit to your goals. – Being wholeheartedly dedicated to doing something comes fully-equipped with an ineffable force.  Magical things start happening when we commit ourselves to doing whatever it takes to get somewhere.  When you’re fully committed to doing something, you have no choice but to do that thing.  Counter-intuitively, having no option – where you can’t change your mind – subconsciously makes humans happier because they know part of their purpose.
  11. Practice spirituality. – When we practice spirituality or religion, we recognize that life is bigger than us.  We surrender the silly idea that we are the mightiest thing ever.  It enables us to connect to the source of all creation and embrace a connectedness with everything that exists.  Some of the most accomplished people I know feel that they’re here doing work they’re “called to do.”
  12. Take care of your body. – Taking care of your body is crucial to being the happiest person you can be.  If you don’t have your physical energy in good shape, then your mental energy (your focus), your emotional energy (your feelings), and your spiritual energy (your purpose) will all be negatively affected.  Did you know that studies conducted on people who were clinically depressed showed that consistent exercise raises happiness levels just as much as Zoloft?  Not only that, but here’s the double whammy… Six months later, the people who participated in exercise were less likely to relapse because they had a higher sense of self-accomplishment and self-worth.
Come try it and I hope it will give you happiness to walk through the life.

Have a Happy day

CRAZY

Hey,

I had a crazy idea one time, it's make a new ending with one of the event in Indonesia, I made a new suggestion about the ending. I felt the ending always dark and simple, so I make a fireworks. Even though if my idea get rejected I will pay the fireworks with my own money because it worth it.

I was so happy when the committee agree with my idea, so we develop it and make the ending become happier and give the spectator a "WOW" event. It become word of mouth and the fireworks become the routine ending in the events.

Sometimes you need to make a crazy idea to show that you capable of the work. Take a sample with some of great people,
Bill Gates: He wanted to make everyone have their computer in their desk.
Thomas Alva Edison: He wanted to make a thing that can give light in the night.
Steve Jobs: He wanted to make a new experience in listening to the music.

"The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do" - Jack Kerouac.

I want to make a change in the world, so I will make a lot of crazy ideas, what about you?

Change it

Hey,

Change; simple and short word but it's so damn hard to do. In order to survive in this crazy world we need to adapt with the environment. I mean with environment is people around us, our colleague, people who interact with us, and everything that move around us.

A lot of successful person are the one who can change and adapt to environment. Let's take an example, nowadays twitter become one of the fastest media to gather information and selling product. Off-line become the new kick-ass way to gather profit. With the changing of technology, only the one that can taking for granted with this new technology will survive.

Make your self easy to accept change and take the benefit from it, you will succeed. Change come first to your self. Change your way of thinking and you will change the world.

Believe it

Hey,

I was wondering why all the great people in who lived in the past can make into history. They make a great idea and implemented it for the future. Some of them make many great ideas, let imagine if life without lamp. We must thanked to Thomas Alva Edison for the his great invention.

Don't forget Hellen Keller, when she was in 19 months of life she got a disease that made her blind and deaf. She learn her education from braille word. She learnt English, German, Greece, and Latin language all from Braille. In the age of 20 she attend Radcliffe college, branch of Harvard University and graduated and predicted magna cum laude. She made 12 books, and for the info, she made her first book in the age of eleven.

She established American Foundation for the Blind dan American Foundation for the Overseas Blind and traveling to 39 countries to talk to the president of each countries to make a fund raising for the blind and deaf people.

I always remember one of her quote:
"I am only one; but still I am one. I may not be able to do everything, but still I can do something" Hellen Keller.

So guys, remember that you are special. You come to this world to be something and to make a difference. Believe it and you will make a difference.

Hey, Focus man

Hey,

I have some weaknesses aren't all the people also have weaknesses? I want to tell you one of my weakness is the lack of FOCUS. I have a  lot of dream and goal in my life, the sad part for being a man with many dreams is lack of focus.

This time I want to do plan A but suddenly I turn around and do plan B, it's the root of boredom. Let me give you example; I used to love about finances, in bachelor degree I took management concentrated in finance. I felt that this is my world. time goes by and I felt like average people in this kind of business. So I took master degree, I took magistrate of management concentrated in marketing. I like the knowledge in marketing. After I graduated I can't focus about the field that I'm going to take. LACK of FOCUS.

How I overcome it?

I create my dream, How I life in the next 20 years, 10 years, 5 years, next years. Who is my business partner, who is my peers, what kind of business that I take, and so on. Now I'm focusing not on the path that I will take but on the Goal, the path can be mixed and diversified.

"Some People focus on what they're going through, Champion focus on what they are going to"
